General Terms & Conditions

By providing us with your details you are agreeing that we may contact you with the latest deals, offers, events and news from The Marlowes. We promise not to share your data with anybody else, and we’ll process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. 1. The “My Marlowes” card can only be obtained by becoming a member of “The Marlowes” loyalty scheme. To become a member simply go to the Customer Service Desk and sign up, or complete the application form on themarlowes.co.uk website. If you sign up via the website you will receive your card in the post. 
2. Membership is open to people who live, work or shop in The Marlowes and are over the age of 12. If you are under 16, parental consent will be needed to receive emails.
3. When you sign up to become a member of the “My Marlowes” scheme you will receive updates via email. These will be sent out a number of times per year as and when offers are updated and other relevant information is available. You can opt out of these communications at any time.
4. The “My Marlowes” card is only valid once signed on the reverse and will not be accepted at retailers otherwise.
5. The “My Marlowes” card is free to join and the card has no monetary value.
6. The “My Marlowes” card is instantly usable against current offers, subject to availability and retailer participation.
7. To use your “My Marlowes” card at participating retailers you need to present it when you initially approach the sales point/sales assistant, offers cannot be obtained retrospectively.
8. The “My Marlowes” card entitles the registered member to special offers and promotions, details of which are available at the Customer Service Desk and at themarlowes.co.uk.
9. The offers are subject to change throughout the year. The updated offers will be emailed to each member but will also be available from the Customer Service Desk and website.
10. Unless otherwise stated all offer/discount/promotion(s) are only valid on full price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount/promotions.
11. Offers are subject to availability and are correct at time of going to print.
12. The “My Marlowes” card is not a credit or debit card and cannot be used as such.
13. The Marlowes and associated retailers reserve the right to terminate offers at any point throughout the promotion.
